Mitchell Library Roofing Project
Description: Replace existing roofs with new modified bitumen roof.
Constraints/Restrictions: The south bound lane of Hardy Street will be closed from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2009, as well as the sidewalk on the east side of Mitchell Library as shown in red in the image below.
