Utilities--Underground Electrical

Description: Convert overhead electrical distribution to underground system (Phase I); this will improve reliability, reduce maintenance cost, and contribute to campus aesthetic value. Phase one will address Hardy Street from Black jack to Hand Lab, and the rear of the cafeteria; FY 09 will begin the conversion on Stone and also Highway 12.
