Overlay SHC Parking Lot

Description: Install curb & gutter as needed. Remove old asphalt, overlay with 2 inches of new asphalt, apply pavement markings.

Constraints/Restrictions: Portions of parking lot will be closed during various periods of construction. Whole lot will be closed for overlay and marking.
